In short: we do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and we have no forms. The only personal data we handle are standard web-server logs and the e-mails you choose to send us. Last updated 6 October 2026.

2. What we do not do
- We set no cookies and use no localStorage, sessionStorage or similar browser storage.
- We use no analytics, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting and no social-media plug-ins.
- We load no fonts, scripts or images from third parties: everything on this site is served from our own server.
- We have no contact form, newsletter or account system.
3. Server log files
Like every website, our web server records technical data when your browser requests a page: IP address, date and time, the page or file requested, the HTTP status and size of the response, the referring page (if your browser sends it) and the browser’s user-agent string.
- Purpose: delivering the site, keeping it secure and diagnosing errors.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: logs are rotated daily and automatically deleted after 14 days, unless a specific log is needed to investigate a security incident.
- We do not use logs to build profiles or to identify individual visitors.
4. E-mails you send us
If you e-mail us, we process your address and the content of your message to answer you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) where it concerns a contract). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and delete it at the latest 24 months after the matter is closed, unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
5. Partner links
When you click a link marked “Partner link”, your browser first opens a short redirect page on our
site (/c/1/) and then goes to our affiliate partner’s tracking address and on to the vendor’s
website. If you arrived on our site through an advert, campaign parameters in the page address (such as
utm_source or a click identifier) are passed on so that a sale can be attributed. From that point the
partner’s and vendor’s own privacy and cookie policies apply; they may set cookies on their own sites. We
do not receive your name, contact details or payment details from them.
6. Recipients
Our hosting provider processes server data on our behalf as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. We do not sell or rent personal data and do not share it with advertisers.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Write to info@teneron.online. Because we keep so little data, we may ask for details (for example the date and time of your visit) to find any data relating to you.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in your country of residence. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz.
8. No automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions or profile visitors.
9. Changes
We will update this policy if our practices change and adjust the date at the top.
